NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - An Alto woman is accused of crashing her vehicle into another vehicle that had a 1-year-old child inside.
Rayla Eleigha Upshaw, 22, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, and endangering a child.
According to the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived at the 5400 block of FM 1638 around 12:40 p.m. Sunday after the altercation was first reported. The investigation led to Upshaw being accused of crashing the back of her vehicle into the front of another one, which had the 1-year-old inside.
She was booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail on bonds totaling $60,000.
