CAMERON PARISH, La. (KPLC) - Multiple wildfires are still burning at the Sabine National Wildlife Refuge after lightning strikes on Wednesday.
Officials say the Blue Crab Recreation Area and the Wetland Walkway remain closed until further notice.
Drivers are also urged to use caution along La. 27 due to heavy smoke, high winds, and fire crews working in the area.
