Livingston, Texas (KTRE) - Two Livingston adults and one juvenile were jailed for deadly conduct on New Year’s Day, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Lacey Honeycutt-Ogden, 40, Bronsyn Ogden, 19, and Wyatt Ogden, 17, were held Thursday at the Polk County Jail on unknown bonds for three counts each charging them with deadly conduct, according to a press release.

Deputies responded in the early morning hours Thursday to a report of deadly conduct, with an on-call detective notified to investigate, according to the release.

Lacey Honeycutt-Ogden is also charged with three counts of parent contributing to non attendance, according to jail records.

It is unclear if the three people are related as Polk County Jail records show different addresses for each individual.

Bond information was not available on the Polk County Sheriff’s Office website, and calls to its office were not returned Thursday.
