LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - An altercation involving Longview ISD students has resulted in a student being taken to a hospital Tuesday.
The altercation took place at the Longview High School, with staff and law enforcement responding immediately, the school said in a release.
They said the situation was quickly contained.
One student was then taken by EMS for a medical evaluation while another was released to a parent.
The school said they are gathering information and reviewing security footage as part of the investigation.
“The situation was quickly contained. Campus operations and testing were not impacted by this incident,” the school said.
