Andrew J. Hamblin, white male, 49, arrested on charges of first degree rape, indecent behavior with juvenile, possession of firearm by convicted felon, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's office. He remains in jail.
Christopher D. Johnson, white male, 27, arrested on charges of improper display of license plate, suspended drivers license, switched plates, no insurance, drug paraphernalia, warrant, by Rosepine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Charles P. Lopez, white male, 36, arrested on charges of warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
