Mark Allen Snell, white male, 30, arrested on charges of possession of schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear warrant, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Kasoundra Garner, white female, 29, arrested on charges of resisting an officer by giving false identity, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
