Over the past 24 hours, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Office report 2 arrests. All persons accused of a crime are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Frank Arthur Bailey Jr., black male, arrested on charges of engage in criminal activity, tamper fabricate evidence with impairment, warrant-possession of marijuana, no arresting agency was reported. He remains in jail.
Mark Collins Hudgins, white male, arrested on charges of warrant-motion for adjudication/assault causes bodily injury to family member, by San Augustine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
