Foy Waylon wilson, white male, arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility-2 counts, no drive license when unlicensed-2 counts, failure to control speed, ride not secured by safety belt, assault family/household member, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
