Tyler James Winkle, white, male, 35. Arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Arrested by ZPD, bonded.
Javoy Lavay Johnson, black, male, 28. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant-entry after being forbidden. Arrested by SPSO, bonded.
Raven Walker, white, female, 37. Arrested on charges of domestic abuse with child endangerment. Arrested by PHPD, she remains in jail.
