Carnelius Cardyakejuan Holmes, black male, 26, arrested on charges of Pleasant Hill warrant for theft by shoplifting, by Pleasant Hill Police Department. He remains in jail.
Jordan Ashleigh Stracener, white female, 29, arrested on charges of Vernon warrant for unauthorized use of a moveable, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
