Ardis Hickman, black, male, 47. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant for FTA status conference for poss of drug para, SPSO warrant for FTA status conference for attempted poss of a firearm by a person convicted of domestic abuse battery. Arrested by SPSO, he remains in jail.
Richard Kimbrough, black, male, 18. Arrested on charges of State of TX warrant for engaging in organized criminal activity, MPD warrant for arrest prior to demand for extradition. Arrested by MPD, he remains in jail.
