Martin Brian Armstrong, white male, 40, arrested on charges of failure to appear for trial, domestic abuse battery under the DVA, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Robin Cook Gilbert, white female, 40, arrested on charges of violation of protective orders, simple battery, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
