Stephen Caleb Rye, white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated-2nd offense, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
Gawain E. Breed, black male, arrested on charges of burglary of habitation, by Jasper County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Samuel Linwood Padgett, white male, arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated-3 or more offenses, by Texas Department of Public Safety. He remains in jail.
