Hailey Barnhart, white, female, 30. Arrested on charges of SPSO warrant-poss sch 2 meth, poss drug para, DUS, no insurance, ZPD warrant-STOP and yield signs, expired MVR, failure to carry registration. Arrested by SPSO, she remains in jail.
John Jeffery Linger 2, white, male, 27. Arrested on charges of FTA-pretrial-issuing worthless checks. Arrested by MPD, he remains in jail.
