Kelsey M. Sepulvado, white female, 21, arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 2 counts of child endangerment, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
Jared Shane Terrell, white male, 24, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, reckless operation of a vehicle, open container, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He bonded.
