Kody Ryan Franklin, white male, 26, arrested on charges of attempted vehicular homicide, resisting an officer, simple criminal damage to property over $1000, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jason L. Walters, white male, 34, arrested on charges of resisting an officer, Vernon Parish warrant for simple battery, possession of firearm by felon, domestic abuse battery, by Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
