Austin Titus Frage, white male, 23, arrested on charges of indecency with child, by Sabine County Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Jerry Lon Walker III, white male, 30, arrested on charges of public intoxication, by Hemphill Police Department. He remains in jail.
