Burial will follow at Beulah Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Crossroads Baptist Church on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 11 am until 3 pm.

Visitation for Kelvin David Matthews will begin on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, beginning at 5:00 PM, at Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many, LA. Visitation will continue at 10:00 AM at First United Pentecostal Church of Leesville. Celebration of life services will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 2:00 PM, at First United Pentecostal Church of Leesville, with Reverends Mark Christian and Louis Magee officiating. Burial will follow in the Florien Cemetery.
