William Robert Penney died peacefully at home and entered his eternal rest in the early hours of Thursday, October 27, 2022. A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, October 31st, at 11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall (old sanctuary) of First United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 9:30 until the service time.
Funeral services for Virginia “Ginger” Gordy Bennett will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Hicks United Pentecostal Church with Reverend Greg Mortensen officiating. Burial will follow in Hicks Pentecostal Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church on Monday, October 31st from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Ginger passed away October 26, 2022, in Leesville at the age of 82.

Visitation will be Friday November 4 from 3:00 P.M. until time of service in the funeral home. Waltraud passed away on Thursday October 27, 2022, in Willis Knighton Hospital in Bossier City.
