Norma Lea Buchanan passed away on May 3, 2024, at the age of 83 Hannon Hardy Hickman, Sr., 82, of Port Neches, TX, formerly of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Friday, May 3, 2024. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Boxwood Church of Christ in Bivens, LA. Burial will follow at Bivens Cemetery in Bivens, LA. Luther “Stoney” Stepp, 61, of Pickering passed away in Christus Homecare of Shreveport, Louisiana on May 2, 2024. Immediately following the Memorial Service there will be a Celebration of Life at the American Legion Post # 387 at 426 Vernon St. New Llano, LA. Funeral services are set for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel. Committal service and interment will follow at Spann’s Chapel Cemetery in Shelby County.
