Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Phyllis Anne (Remedies) Samples, 70 of Zwolle, Louisiana, will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle, Louisiana. Fr. Keith Garvin will be the officiant and interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. A visitation for her will be on Monday, June 14, 2021 from 8:00 AM-9:00PM, with a rosary beginning at 6:00 PM in the chapel. Her visitation will conclude on Tuesday morning, June 15, 2021 at the funeral home chapel from 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM.
