Jerry Dean Taylor, Jr. was born on Tuesday, January 23, 1962 in Converse, LA. He passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Byrd Hospital in Leesville, LA.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clifton David Batson and Rosie Mae (Leggett) Batson; his parents, LaJune Taylor and Jerry Taylor, Sr. and his brother-in-law, Dalmer Ammons.
He is survived by his wife, Candy Taylor of Zwolle, LA; his children, Damian Taylor of Zwolle, LA, Diana and Sean Garcie of Zwolle, LA, and Wade Bass of Bossier City, LA; his beloved grandchildren: Emily Cahanin and Peyton Garcie; his sister, JoAnna Ammons of Pleasant Hill, LA; his brother, Gerry Taylor and wife Theresa of Florien, LA and Jamie Taylor and wife Ruth of Marshall, AR; along with a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
