Homecoming Friday night, was a wonderful event, as the decorations were everywhere and the Many Tigers strong performance on both sides of the football, resulted in a 50-0 win. The Tigers of Many are now 5-1, 2-0, in district. This sets up a big showdown Friday night, October 15, as the Avoyelles Mustang come to town with a 6-0, 2-0 record.
The Many Tigers open a 20-0 lead in the first quarter as Jeremiah James scored on td runs of 5 and 17 yards. London Williams added a 33 td run.
The second quarter saw l. Williams scored twice, a 23 and a 2 yard run as Many built a 36-0 lead at the half.
At the halftime ceremonies, the homecoming court were honored and a new homecoming queen was crowned, as senior Kaley Koss, was crowned queen for the 2021 season.
In the third quarter, the Many Tigers would wrap their victory with a 4 yard TD run by Trent Williams and a 53 TD run from l. Williams. Deacon Lafollette kicked extra points after the TD'S in the third.
The Many Tigers offense was too much for the Winnfield defense as Many had 336 yards on the night, while the Winnfield offense could only get 48 yards against the Many defense.
London William's rushed for 156, 4 TD'S, while Jeremiah James had 77 yards, with 2 TD'S for the Many Tigers.
