The Many Tigers wrapped up the regular season last Friday night at Lakeview with a 50-0 win over the Lakeview Gators.
The Tigers, with TD runs of 22, 27, 6, and 16 by London Williams for a 29-0 lead after 1 quarter of play. London totaled 75 yards on 5 carries in the district game.
The second quarter, Malik Garner intercepted a Gator pass at the 5 and returned it for 95 yards for the score. This int came 1 play later after the Gators intercepted a Tiger pass and returned it 62 yards, down to the Tigers 5 yard line. At the half it was 36-0.
Jamarlyn Garner added to the scoring in the third quarter on a 40 yard TD run to up the Tigers lead to 43-0, as the second half was with a running clock.
The scoring for the night concluded when Sean Mitcham hauled in a 35 yard pass from Joseph Yount. Deacon Lafollette added the point conversion for the 50-0 win. Lafollette was 6 for 6 on points after the TD'S.
The Tigers totaled 293 yards on the night, while the Tigers defense held the Gators to a minus 14 yards for the night.
With a 9-1 record, the Tigers will open up the playoffs season at home this Friday night.
The Lakeview Gators finished the season at 1-9.
