- John Harvey Butts, 93, of San Augustine, Texas, passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on November 24, 2025. Born on July 8, 1932, in San Augustine, he spent his life rooted in the community he loved. A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home chapel, located at 316 W. Columbia Street in San Augustine, Texas.

- Ronald Louis Cooper, age 81, passed away in Merryville, Louisiana on Thursday, the 20th day of November 2025. Visitation with family from three o'clock until 6 o'clock today at Grace Church. Services to celebrate Ronald Cooper's life will be conducted at 10 am tomorrow at Grace Church followed by laying Ronald to rest at the Cooper Cemetery in Merryville, LA. Brother George Glass will be presiding.
- Sonya Joy Brister Terry, 65, of Anacoco, Louisiana entered eternal peace on Friday, November 21, 2025 in her residence. Funeral services will be held today at 2:00 P.M. at Labby Memorial Funeral in Leesville. Visitation will be held today, from 1:00 P.M. until time of service at the funeral home.
- Funeral services for Dale Lee Willis, Sr. will be held Tomorrow at 1:00 P.M. at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville. Visitation will be begin at 11:00 A.M. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
- Ms. Edna Woods, who left us on November 21, 2025, at the age of 91. A public viewing will take place on Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at New Hope CME Church, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM. Ms. Edna will be laid to rest in Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, Louisiana.
- Nancy Jane Phy, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2025, in Deridder, Louisiana, at the age of 75. A public viewing will be held at Smyrna Baptist Church on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Following the viewing, a memorial service will take place at the same location at 1:00 PM.
- Irma Lee Hickman Fowler, passed away on November 22, 2025, in Sulphur, Louisiana. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at a funeral service to be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. There will be a public viewing earlier that day starting at 9:00 AM. Reverend DeWayne Hickman will officiate the service.
