Bertie Maxine Spears Byrd, 88, a native of Hornbeck, LA and resident of Many, LA. Born January 20, 1933 Maxine passed away on May 1, 2021 at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Services will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday May 8, 2021 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Rev. Matt Warren and Rev. Joey Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery in Florien, LA.
