- Funeral services for Lela Janette Knippers, 90, of Natchitoches, LA, will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Many Church of the Nazarene in Many, LA with Bro. Daniel Lowe and Bro. James Ericson officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Nazarene Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many LA.
- Brian DeHoven, 32, of Rosepine, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at his home on July 23, 2025. A memorial service to honor Brian's life will be held on Wednesday, July 30th, at 5:00 PM at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th from 4:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home.
- Funeral visitation and services will be held for Lawrence Duncan Jr with visitation beginning at 930 a.m. this coming Thursday at the Christian Living Fellowship Church in Leesville. Funeral services will follow at 1130 a.m. also at the church. Burial will follow the service at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery. Mr Duncan passed away on July 22nd.
- MSG Kelvin Lynn Thomas Sr., who departed this world on July 24, 2025, at the age of 60. A funeral service will take place at St. Paul Baptist Church in Jennings, LA on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM, preceded by a public viewing from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Reverend Pernell R. Trent, Sr. will officiate the service. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at 12:30 PM at the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.
- Brad Briggs passed away July 21, 2025. A celebration of life will be held August 9, 2025 at 5:00 PM at the home of his sister, Melissa.
