- On Friday, July 17, 2026, Jack Green, entered heaven from the VA home located in Jennings, LA. Celebrating his passing into heaven will be at the Siloam Baptist Church in Many, LA, at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM the same day until service time at 2:00 PM. Services will be conducted by Jack's nephews, Clint Stewart and Cliff Hebert.
- Marguarite Jean "Peggy" Whitton was born March 21, 1936, in Plymouth, New Hampshire, to parents Ronald "Ron" David Rhame, 77, of Rosepine, LA passed away Friday, July 17, 2026. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22 from 5-9pm at Chaddick Funeral Home with a Rosary at 6pm. Graveside service will be Thursday, July 23 at 10:30am at Rosepine Cemetery. Rev. Levi Thompson will officiate.
- Bonnie Young Gill Berry, born on December 15, 1955, in DeRidder, Louisiana, passed away peacefully in her home on July 19, 2026, Visitation will be held at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM, also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Brother Don Duplechian will officiate the service. Graveside services will follow at Cannon Cemetery in Merryville, LA.
- Roy Reibold passed away on July 13, 2026 in Leesville. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville. Burial will follow in the Stephens Cemetery. A visitation will held on 8:00 A.M. until time of service at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville
- Ruth Ann Burgess Moses, 75, of DeRidder, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2026. Visitation is today from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM CT at the Shady Grove UPC. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 23, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM at the Shady Grove UPC in DeRidder. Inturnment will follow the service at the Whitaker Cemetary.
- Mildred Ruth Harvey passed away on July 17, 2026, in Anacoco, LA, at the age of 88. Funeral services for Mildred will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Evans Congregational Methodist Church. The burial will follow in Evans Cemetery under the direction of Jeane's Funeral Service. A visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
- Gabriel "Gab" Hernandez, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, in Bossier City, Louisiana. Funeral services will take place at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville at 10:00 A.M., Friday July 24th. Friends may pay their respects during visitation on Thursday, July 23rd from 5:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M., followed by a Rosary at 6:00 P.M. Following the service will be burial at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery

- William Wesley Elliott and Louise Katherine (Fosie) Elliott. She passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026, at home in San Augustine, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Liberty Hill Memorial Garden, located on Highway 147 North in San Augustine, Texas.
