- Billie Carol Maxey, age 74, of Belmont, Louisiana passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Born on October 16, 1951, Billie was a gentle soul whose sweet spirit touched countless lives. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church in Many, Louisiana with Reverend Leslie Frietch officiating followed by burial at Bayou Scie Cemetery, where Billie will rest beside her parents and beloved "Boom-Boom". Visitation will begin on Friday, July 3,
