- Gwenda Arnold, age 73, of Diboll, Texas, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center in Houston, Texas. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 10, 2026, at Good Shepherd Fellowship Church, 401 S. 7th Street in Crockett, with Bro. Audice Leon Wallace officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine, Texas.
- Services for Kenneth Lloyd Jarrell will be held today at 10:00 AM Labby Memorial Funeral Home - Leesville. Burial follows the service at the Central Louisiana Veteran Cemetery.
- Millie Murlene Massey passed away on July 7, 2026 in Leesville. Louisiana. Funeral services will be held today at 2:00 P.M. at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville, LA with Rev. Shane Freeman officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:30 P.M. until time of services at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Cryer Cemetery in Leesville.
- Rita Shirley passed away July 7, 2026, in DeRidder, Louisiana. Friends and family are invited to avisitation from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of DeRidder followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM today. Brother Steve Thomas and Pastor George Lee Glass will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery
- Funeral services for John P. Thompson Jr. will be held today, at 10:00 a.m. at Union Baptist Church with Brother Brad Thompson officiating the service. The burial will be at Union Cemetery with military honors under the direction of Jeane's Funeral Service of Hornbeck.
- Daniel David Kulaga, a beloved son, father, and friend, who left us on July 5, 2026, at the age of 68. Visitation will be held today, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home, where family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM, also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home, Pastor George Lee Glass will officiate the service. Burial will take place at a later date after cremation.
- Bianka Nicole Matlock-Smith passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 12:00 P.M. at Bethesda Ministries in Leesville. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
