A graveside service for Luther Gordon Brister Sr. will be held on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026 at Oak Forest Cemetery, at 1:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Bobby Brister, Justin Moshier, Eugene Wallace, Jody Burge, Tony Willis, Hunter Derouin, and Mason Derouin.
Beverly Faye Keel, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away on December 28, 2025. A memorial service to celebrate Beverly's life will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home, with a public viewing preceding the service at 2:00 PM.
Brian Eugene Halstead, died on December 27, 2025, at the age of 56 in DeRidder, Louisiana. A funeral service to celebrate Brian's life will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home, with a public viewing prior to the service starting at 11:00 AM. Father Travis will officiate the service. Following the service, Brian will be laid to rest at 1:30 PM at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, LA.
