A service honoring the life of Clinton David Durr will be held at 10 am on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home with Bro. David Allen and Bro John Weems officiating. Burial will follow at Beulah Methodist Cemetery in Marthaville, LA. The family will receive friends on January 5th from 5 pm until 8 pm at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.

George “Shorty” Alexander Crain, 95, of DeRidder, LA passed away Friday, December 30, 2022. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 4 from 5-7pm and Thursday, January 5 from 9am-11am at Chaddick Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 5 at 11am at Chaddick Funeral Home. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Funeral services for Hubert Troy Lawrence will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Simpson Baptist Church with Reverend Jeremy Blocker officiating. Burial will follow in Welcome Cemetery under the direction of Jeane’s Funeral Service. Pallbearers will be Trent Lawrence, Troy Gann, Shane Gann, Mack Stuckey, Jarrod Martin, and Kevin Martin. Honorary pallbearers will be Caysen Ingram and Kaven Lawrence.
A visitation will be held at Simpson Baptist Church from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4th.

John was born on Tuesday, April 4, 1941, in Rosepine to Arnold E. and Hazel Myers Loftin. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at Lewis Cemetery in DeRidder, LA, with Rev. Bill Smith officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.
