Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill, Texas.
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2019 at First Baptist Church, 301 Mann St., Hemphill, Texas, under the direction of Starr Funeral Home with Bro. Buddy Pratt officiating.
Burial will follow services in Hemphill Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Weldon McDaniel, Felix Holmes, Roger Gay, Bill Speights, Les Kercheval, Gary Parks, Daryl Melton, and Red Ryan.

Annette Blansett
Annette Blansett, 79, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Annette was born May 5, 1939, in Society Hill, South Carolina to parents, Joseph Lamar Crolley and Roxie Linton Crolley. She lived in Washington State for many years before moving 20 years ago to Hemphill, Texas, where she worked at Brookshire’s as a cake decorator.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Seth S. Blansett; her son, Seth Steven Blansett; and her brother, Joe L. Crolley.
She is survived by her son, Shawn Blansett and wife, Melinda, of Hemphill, Texas; daughters, Sheree Blansett Callaway and husband, Robert, of Englewood, Tennessee, Sandra Blansett Webster and husband, Keith, of Irsina, Italy, and Sabrina Blansett Petersen and husband, Craig, of Ivins, Utah; her beloved sister, Nita Weaver and husband, Victor, of Hyde Park, Utah; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home of Hemphill, Texas.
