- A funeral service for Mary Joann Bellard LeBlanc will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Jeane's Funeral Service. The burial will follow in Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Jeane's on January 16th from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Joann passed away January 8, 2026, in Leesville, Louisiana at the age of 76.
- Jerry Gordon Schaller, 88, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026. A Memorial Service will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Saturday, January 17th. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and a service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Mason Bartlett officiating.
- Pauline Young Holmes, 90, of DeRidder, LA passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026. Visitation will be Saturday, January 17 from 9am-11am at Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Funeral service will be Saturday, January 17 at 11am at Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Interment will be at Beauregard Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Paul Holmes and Rev. Dr. Keith Stevenson will officiate.
- Funeral services for Manfried "Bit" Johnson will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at First United Pentecostal Church in Leesville with Reverend Louis Magee, Reverend Rod Buller, James McKee and Pastor Mark Christian officiating. The burial will follow at the Oak Forest Cemetery. A visitation will be held at First United Pentecostal Church on Friday, January 16th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, January 17th from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service. - Services for Asia Marie Scott will be held at Labby Memorial Funeral home in DeRidder with visitation beginning Saturday January 24th at 930 - 1100 a.m. with services starting at 11 also at Labby. Asia Marie Scott passed away on Jan 11th.
- Marlon Glen "Ham" Hamilton, passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 67, Cremation has been entrusted to Myers Colonial Funeral Home, and the family will host a private service on a later date.
