- Visitation for family and friends of Nicholas Alexander West will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home, 848 Keyser Ave. Natchitoches, Louisiana from 5:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. and recitation of the Holy Rosary to held at 5:oo p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Minor Basilica of Immaculate Conception with burial to follow at Memory Lawn in Natchitoches, Louisiana under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.
- Funeral services for Mr. Eddie Lowry Lockey II will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 15, 2025, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home Chapel, located at 316 W. Columbia Street in San Augustine, Texas, with Bro. Stevie Oaks and Bro. Tim Turner officiating. Committal service and interment will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery.
- Edward E. Cryer, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 95. A graveside service will be held at Cannon Cemetery today at 11:00 am. Reverend Alan Trouille will officiate the service.
- Thomas Lawrence "Buddy" Roberts, at his home in Leesville, Louisiana, on August 10, 2025, at the age of 75. A funeral service to honor Buddy's life will be held on August 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Crystal Springs Baptist Church in Anacoco. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th, from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at the church. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Leesville, Louisiana

- Brenda Ann Ashworth Diggles will have a graveside service held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Spikes Cemetery in Bancroft, LA. Family and friends will gather for fellowship at 11:00 AM at the cemetery. Burial will follow at Spikes Cemetery. Thadius Guillory will officiate the service.
