- Wanda "Nannie" Terrell Cooper, age 86, a resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana has passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on April 3, 2026. Wanda was born on January 8, 1940 in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana to George and Marie Terrell. She was the eldest of 3 children. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Bethsadia Cemetery with Bro. Leon Manshack officiating. Visitation will begin on Thursday, May 9, 2026 at 12:30 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many, LA.
- Robert F. "Bobby" McClain III passed away on April 2, 2026 at the age of 74. Funeral services will be on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at First United Pentecostal Church in Leesville with Rev. David D. Tipton, Jr., Bro. Louis Magee, Rev. Mark Christian and Rev. Eddie A. Tilley officiating. Burial will follow in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville.
- John Duanne Blair, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, in the chapel of Calvary Baptist Church at 10:00am. Pastor Jim Myers will officiate the service, and burial will follow in Cannon Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:00am until 10:00am

Funeral services will be held on Friday April 10th at Anacoco United Pentecostal Church beginning at two o'clock PM followed by burial at Farris Cemetery. Visitation will take place Thursday evening April ninth between five o'clock PM until nine o'clock PM at Labby Memorial Funeral Home in Leesville.

- Evelyn Louise McClinton, 71, of DeRidder, LA, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2026. Visitation will be Saturday, April 11 from 9-11am at Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 11 at 11 am at Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Interment will be at Beauregard Cemetery. Rev. Kantonio Brownlee will officiate.
- Mary Nell "Tootsie" Harding, 91, of Leesville, Louisiana, passed from this life on April 7, 2026, at The Woodlands Healthcare Center in Leesville. A wake for Tootsie will be held Saturday, April 11th at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Leesville, Louisiana from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a rosary beginning at noon. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Adam Travis at 1:00 p.m. Following the Mass, burial will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Cemetery in Zwolle, Louisiana.
- Vroni Lynn Thornock (Gautsche), who passed peacefully March 6, 2026, in Leesville, Louisiana, at the age of 79. A memorial service for Vroni will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Jeane's in Leesville from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
