A 37 year old man from Missouri was killed on Thursday when he came in contact with an electrical circuit on a construction job in nearby Orange County.

Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff's Department said the accident occurred around 11:00 AM at a building that was being built for the Sabine River Authority on Highway 87, about 3 miles south of Deweyville.

Captain Joey Jacobs said the man, who was working for a subcontractor on the job was working on a walk in cooler when he apparently came in contact with a live circuit.

Jacobs said a co-worker discovered the man's body and tried to perform CPR with no results.

The victim was later identified as Grady Scott Wilson, 37, of St. Louis, Missouri.
