The Jasper County Sheriff’s Department says a Newton woman went to jail on Monday after she was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
The report said a deputy stopped 27-year-old Rebecca Lynn Lee on Highway 190 in Jasper and the methamphetamine was found in her purse.
Lee was taken to the Jasper County Jail and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
