WHITEHOUSE, Texas (KLTV) - A captain with the Whitehouse Police Department has been placed on administrative leave after being arrested on a DWI charge. The department announced on Sunday that they had been notified of Captain Jereld Frank Brewer’s arrest. Brewer, 59, of Flint, was booked into the Smith County Jail on Saturday.
