TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - On Wednesday afternoon, Tyler police were called to a situation between two roommates. The two people share an apartment in the 500 block of Houston Street, according to Tyler PD PIO Andy Erbaugh. He said one of the people who lived there called 911 to report their roommate had pulled a rifle on them, but they were able to escape unharmed. When police arrived, they ordered the woman to come out of the apartment. She complied and was taken into custody without incident, Erbaugh said. Erbaugh said she will be booked into the Smith County Jail for aggravated assault. Her name has not yet been released.
