Tyler County Sheriff Bryan Weatherford says his deputies have arrested a man who was in a stolen truck, and they also found drugs and drug paraphernalia. According to Weatherford, deputies came upon a Ford pickup stopped in the middle of County Road 2175 in the White-Tail Ridge Community, and inside was 45-year-old Dennis McGraw, of Woodville. Weatherford said the truck had been reported stolen in San Jacinto County. According to Weatherford, deputies found multiple drug paraphernalia items in the truck, and McGraw, who didn’t have a valid drivers license, was placed under arrest. Once at the Tyler County Jail, the sheriff said deputies searched the back seat of the patrol car after they had removed McGraw and they found two plastic bags containing methamphetamine. McGraw was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance and his bond was set at $55,000.00.
