Twenty-five Dairy Queen restaurants in Texas have shut down, and the list includes the Dairy Queen on Highway 96 in Buna. The franchise restaurants were all owned by the same person. However, neither the owner nor Dairy Queen headquarters are commenting on why the locations have been closed. Along with Buna, the other locations being closed are in Canadian, Fritch, Panhandle, Hereford, Olton, Idalou, North Richland Hills, Hillsboro, Hewitt, Pflugerville, Franklin, Longview, Waskom, Carthage, Rusk, Nacogdoches, Diboll, Huntsville, Tomball, Cleveland, Huffman, Dayton, Sour Lake, and Farmers Branch.
