IOWA, La. (KPLC) - Town of Iowa Facebook groups have been flooded with complaints and concerns over residents’ water bills. Kevin Fix said he’s noticed since around March that his usage and bills aren’t making sense to him. “At my house, we aren’t using any more water than we normally do, so I’m just confused at why my water bill has been higher, and I don’t think the city is doing a good job at communicating with us and letting us know why,” he said.
