Tickets, sponsorships still available for Flavor of Louisiana

Monty Chicola:

Monty Chicola is supporting his alma mater as a Flavor of Louisiana sponsor at the Magnolia level. With his sponsorship, Chicola will receive signage, reserved seating for eight, priority parking and other promotions. A past president of the NSU Alumni Association, Chicola is also one of the 100 for 100 inductees at the Greek Centennial. He is pictured with Jill Bankston and Cristy Bernard. Flavor of Louisiana will kick off the NSU Greek Centenial Friday, April 8 in Prather Coliseum.  Tickets are $75 per person and $125 per couple.  Ticket and sponsorship information is available at www.nsula.edu/fol. The deadline for sponsorships is April 1.

Bolton Realty:

Bolton Realty is a Magnolia Sponsorship for Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s biggest fund raiser. Flavor of Louisiana is Northwestern State’s biggest fund raiser and features Louisiana seafood in a food festival format with specialty cocktails, craft beers and desserts.  From left are Jill Bankston, long-time NSU supporter Janice Bolton, Cristy Bernard and Sharon Leone. Crawfish Hole:

The Crawfish Hole of Natchitoches will serve fried oysters and fried shrimp at Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s spring food festival and celebration of spring. The Crawfish Hole will be among dozens of vendors offering samplings of seafood dishes provided by the Louisiana Seafood Board.  There will also be options for non-seafood eaters, along with craft beers, specialty cocktails, coffee and desserts, music, raffles and more. Maggio’s:

Maggio’s is a chef/vendor for Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s spring seafood extravaganza and fundraising celebration set to take place at 6 p.m. Friday, April 8 in Prather Coliseum. Maggio's will have multiple bar stations set up at the food festival and will also be serving their Bloody Mary Oyster Shooters. Pictured from left are Cristy Bernard, Jill Bankston, Austin Niette and Sharon Leone.  In addition to craft beers, specialty cocktails and other beverages, Flavor of Lousiana’s main feature is the variety of Louisiana seafood samplings prepared by chefs and restauranteurs from around the state. Atmos Energy:

Atmos Energy is a Bayou Level ($2,500) sponsor of Flavor of Louisiana, for which they will receive signage, reserved seating for eight, priority parking and media/social media promotion. Flavor of Louisiana will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, April 8 in Prather Coliseum.  The event, which raises funds for the Northwestern State University Foundation, features dozens of food and beverage vendors offering samplings of Louisiana seafood dishes, bites for non-seafood eaters, craft beverages, music, raffles and more.
