SHREVEPORT, La. - Severe thunderstorms moved across the ArkLaTex on Thursday night leaving thousands of residents and businesses without power. As of 10:30 p.m., over 6,300 customers were without service. According to SWEPCO's website, most of the remaining outages were in Shreveport, specifically in the Greenwood area.
