This week a young Jasper girl, 11 year old Bella Cheek and her family were enjoying Sandy Park when she spotted an otter swimming and playing under the bridge on Marvin Hancock Drive. Bella was quick to pull out a camera and was able to snap a picture of the otter.
Otters, like other wildlife are known to make their way up Sandy Creek to the park.
