The Texas Department of Public Safety says state troopers captured a bank robbery suspect in Shelby County as the crime was in progress. According to DPS, it happened Tuesday morning at Austin Bank in downtown Timpson and troopers arrived less than 2 minutes later and found the suspect with a gun threatening people. Fortunately, it turned out to be a pellet gun. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Shelby County Jail in Center. Details about the suspect have not yet been released.
