SHELBY COUNTY, Texas (KETK) — The Shelby County Courthouse is closed on Monday due to unexpected flooding, according to District Clerk Dee Dee Green.
The cause of the flooding is unknown. Officials said they hope the courthouse will reopen Tuesday, but a reopening time has not been confirmed.
