RAPIDES PARISH, La. (KALB) - A juvenile has died from a gunshot wound to the head and another juvenile was placed under arrest following an incident on Sunday, January 21, in the 4700 block of Handley Loop. According to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the scene around 6:45 p.m. in reference to a report of shots fired. When they arrived, deputies said they found the body of a male juvenile victim with a gunshot wound to his head.
