RAPIDES PARISH, La. (KALB) - According to Louisiana State Police (LSP) and the Rapides Parish School Board (RPSB), a teacher from Rapides High School was arrested on February 6 after an investigation with the LSP Special Victim’s Unit. LSP said that Billy Pilgrim, 38, of Pineville, was arrested and booked into the Grant Parish Detention Center for computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with a juvenile. Bond was set at $75,000.LSP said that this investigation remains active and ongoing.
